Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant who will interface with customer key stakeholders and apply functional proficiency across different stages of the EPM solution Implementation lifecycle on the Anaplan platform, including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition and design. The consultant will design and configure applications using Anaplan functional knowledge, support financial planning and budgeting related functionalities, guide and work with offshore and product teams on solution development issue resolution, and deliver high‑quality configuration, customization, dashboards/reports, validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of one year of education).
• Hands‑on experience implementing Anaplan solutions, configuring and maintaining lists, modules, dashboards, actions and model settings with best practices.
• Knowledge of Anaplan integration with external tools and setting up Model‑to‑Model integrations.
• Understanding of Anaplan performance and sizing best practices.
• Experience working with Anaplan Data Hub.
• Ability to translate user requirements in EPM, Finance and FP&A into design specifications and architect solutions.
• Design reporting chart of accounts and data integrations; good understanding of GL systems.
• Techno‑functional consultant role on Anaplan platform managing various program phases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Anaplanner (Intermediate Model Building or Level 2 Model Builder Certification; SA/Master Anaplanners preferred).
• Knowledge of Sprint and Agile implementation methodology.
• Experience authoring & publishing artifacts, artifact lifecycle.
• Ability to understand and translate a client’s business, informational and process needs into EPM solutions.
• Experience working in an onshore‑offshore team environment.

The role requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates must be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
