• Excellent communication skills with the ability to move easily from senior offices to frontline sites, uniting regional teams and partners around clear standards, intelligence, and measurable outcomes.

Here’s What You’ll Own in this Role

• Lead physical security day-to-day across regional sites and supply chains and help grow the security and resilience capability.
• Work closely with site leaders, regional stakeholders, and external partners to solve security issues and support the business.
• Build physical security into daily operations, carry out regional risk assessments, and complete audits to ensure site compliance.
• Oversee local security operations, investigations, and incidents, and support crisis response and recovery on the ground.
• Direct and monitor third-party security providers and technical services so contracts deliver reliable, cost-effective protection.
• Prepare clear risk briefings, maintain security KPIs and dashboards, and follow up with sites to close gaps and improve performance.
