Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are seeking an experienced account director to help us deliver outstanding service for our clients in Linney Create, our 220-strong creative agency.
The successful candidate will support our portfolio of digital signage clients, workingon our ambition to grow this sector. They will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and driving incremental growth through innovative signage solutions across sectors such as retail, QSR, corporate, and public spaces.
They will be adept at understanding client and market dilemmas, helping clients deliver on their ambitions and bring their brands to market effectively through digital signage, evaluating and responding to creative, technical and support proposals and RFPs with confidence.
An excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will be flexible and organised, with top-quality presentation skills and a high level of commercial acumen. A confident and creative multi-tasker who is calm under pressure, proactive and collaborative, they will be a problem-solver and strategic thinker.
Key responsibilities:
- Support our account direction team in upselling opportunities within existing client accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, responses to RFPs and tenders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Provide accurate project pipeline updates and client feedback
- Plan delivery of and represent the company at industry events
Essential experience and skills:
- An impressive track record working with a head of digital signage
- Commercial drive and acumen
- Good technical understanding of high-value digital signage projects
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills on Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in a creative or digital signage agency environment
- Proven leadership skills and a real desire to exceed expectations
