The Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, motivated leader who can hit the ground running and play a key role in shaping client partnerships and driving business growth.

As Client Director, you will lead a portfolio of accounts across the CPG space, working with both well-known brands and emerging challengers. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams across Chicago and London, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly while building strong and lasting client relationships.

You’ll act as a trusted partner to senior clients, overseeing projects, navigating challenges, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. Beyond delivery, you’ll help lead pitches, uncover new business opportunities, and contribute strategically to the brands you work with.

You will also mentor and develop junior members of the client services team while building strong internal relationships across strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure the highest standard of work and client service.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in a Client Director or senior account leadership role within a branding or creative agency, ideally with experience working with CPG brands.

You’ll bring strong project and account management skills, with the ability to confidently juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A natural communicator, you’re able to clearly articulate ideas and influence both clients and internal teams. You approach challenges with an action-oriented mindset, providing clear direction and driving projects forward.

You’re also comfortable managing global projects across multiple teams and time zones, contributing not only to delivery but to the strategic thinking behind the work. Alongside this, you have a genuine passion for mentoring and developing junior talent, and a deep interest in branding, marketing, and the cultural trends shaping the world around us.
