The Role You'd Play
We are seeking an inspiring and motivated leader who will oversee approximately 10 dialysis centers and 200 teammates, with complete accountability for a $30-$50MM P&L. As a Regional Operations Director (ROD), you will provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to field management to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care. Additionally, you will identify and develop strategic growth opportunities, monitor division performance, and work closely with the Divisional Vice President or SVP to develop competitive strategies aligned with DaVita’s mission and values.
- Create a team powerhouse with 10-12 direct reports and inspire them to ensure quality and compliant patient care.
- Address top growth priorities, patient census, and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions.
- Be measured on key metrics and outcomes you drive from the inherited book of business.
- Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities.
- Meet labor budget targets.
- Review, analyze, and proactively address gaps in service excellence, policies, and procedures; identify issues and implement solutions.
- Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes within the division facilities.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition; proactively assess related SWOT.

- Leadership for a multi‑site operational business.

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Availability for moderate travel (25–50% overnight).
