What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Work directly with the Head of Product, Ads B2C as part of a growing B2C product team
  • Optimize user experience, motivation, and conversion through analytics and A/B testing
  • Launch and enhance the consumer app while balancing business needs with technical constraints
  • Conduct competitive analysis and collaborate with engineering and design teams for high-quality execution
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including roadmaps and user stories

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 5-8 years of product management experience with consumer apps and conversion optimization
  • Proficiency with product lifecycle tools like JIRA and Productboard
  • Strong experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
  • Proven track record of deploying game mechanics to influence user behavior
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas to stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with LiveOps-related features and notification strategies
  • Basic to advanced SQL knowledge
  • Experience building both frontend and backend product features
  • Familiarity with UX principles and design experience
  • Experience working with data teams for targeting and personalization techniques
