POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Ecommerce implements the strategic roadmaps for our clients and is responsible for execution alignment across Avenue Z’s Managed Services division. This Miami-based, in-office role is client-facing and involves team management.

The Director operates as the orchestrator of the strategic roadmaps created by the VP of Growth. They are responsible for scoping tickets, assigning them to the PM for resourcing, and acting as the senior leader on weekly client meetings. They are accountable for the design and development tasks being implemented.

For our smaller clients, they are responsible for creating the strategic roadmaps as well as seeing them through implementation. They are responsible for analyzing data and results to inform these decisions.

Ultimately, the Director is accountable for client satisfaction, success, and retention.

Compensation

Job Type: Full-time Employee in Miami Office

Annual Base Salary: $115,000 - $125,000/year

Total Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 including commissions, bonus, and stock incentives.
