Director, Product – Wondr Advanced & Partnership

Own the Wondr Advanced and Partnership strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Wondr Health's metabolic solution. This role bridges clinical innovation, digital experience, and operational scalability while driving enablement through product‑led growth strategies, streamlined integrations, and GTM alignment to accelerate revenue growth and client retention.

Essential Functions

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Develop product capabilities that accelerate Wondr Advanced growth and partner onboarding, including standardized integration frameworks and scalable configuration options.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap that balances member experience, business objectives (B2B and B2C/DTC), and clinical rigor and efficacy.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to prioritize initiatives using evidence‑based decision‑making.

Discovery & Definition

  • Collaborate with Sales and leadership to identify GTM friction points and translate them into product solutions.
  • Lead discovery for new product and condition expansion strategies to support lifestyle and virtual specialty care.
  • Drive partner integration efforts and optimize client onboarding, operational processes, data file management, and reporting.
  • Translate business goals into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Streamline solution configurations and implementation processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Validate solutions with market feedback, prospects, and clients to inform future roadmap decisions.

Delivery & Execution

  • Own the product backlog; ensure clarity, prioritization, and alignment with sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering to deliver increments within two‑week sprints, ensuring adherence to AGILE controls and clinical safety checks.
  • Coordinate releases, including risk assessments, rollout plans, and stakeholder communication.

Outcomes & Measurement

  • Track KPIs such as client and partner onboarding speed, Wondr Advanced adoption, GTM cycle time, and upsell revenue across the portfolio.
  • Partner with analytics to instrument dashboards and report progress to leadership.
  • Ensure all features meet HIPAA, PHI, PII, state/federal telehealth regulations, and internal compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Clinical teams on risk mitigation and audit readiness.

Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years in product management, with experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver software products in Scrum/AGILE environments with cross‑functional teams.
  • Track record of driving product‑led growth and enabling Digital Health/Metabolic Health partnerships through product capabilities.

Preferred

  • Experience with telehealth, weight management programs, or pharmacy benefit models.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms, EHR/EMR integrations, and digital coaching solutions.

Competencies

  • GTM messaging and packaging, sales support, partnerships, and operational efficiencies in Digital Health/Metabolic Health.
  • Clinical & regulatory awareness—navigate compliance and safety requirements without slowing delivery.
  • Outcome orientation—anchor decisions in member health outcomes and business impact.
  • Cross‑functional leadership—align marketers, sales, clinicians, engineers, and business stakeholders around shared goals.

General Working Conditions

Work can be remote from home or in the office, depending on departmental policy. Work schedules vary. The office environment may involve extended periods of computer work, intermittent interruptions, and limited privacy in shared workstations.
