Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.* Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.* Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.* Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth* Humility to play as a team* Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction**Your key responsibilities:*** Lead the development and execution of product strategies for Customer 360, ensuring alignment with MVP’s overall goals and objectives.* Manage multiple teams, including internal teams and external consultants, to deliver high-value work efficiently.* Oversee leaders, product owners, and scrum masters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful project execution.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product/platform managers, architects, and business stakeholders, to translate long-term product vision into actionable delivery plans.* Manage and prioritize the product backlog, coordinating consistent releases and maintaining up-to-date execution plans.* Foster high levels of collaboration and negotiate requirements with stakeholders.* Lead and mentor scrum team members, including software and quality engineers, to advance their skills and ensure the quality and timeliness of their work.* Drive product innovation and differentiation, staying ahead of industry trends and competitors.
