The role demands enterprise-level leadership across reliability, safety, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, community engagement, and long-term capacity strategy to ensure OCI’s infrastructure platform delivers industry-leading uptime, security, efficiency, and scalability. This position reports into senior OCI infrastructure leadership and serves as a key executive interface across design, construction, engineering, cloud operations, finance, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
Location is Milwaukee, WI or Ann Arbor, MI
Scope & Scale of Responsibility
- Multi-GW hyperscale campus in NA, travel is required and up to 50% at timess
- 300+ direct and indirect reports across multiple campuses
- 24/7 mission-critical operations
- Oversight of NNN lease performance and landlord relationships
- Capital planning partnership for expansion and lifecycle refresh
- Enterprise incident command authority for major facility events
