In addition, we have established strong partnerships with local school districts.
Mind Above Matter is currently seeking a dynamic and experiencedDirector of Business Developmen t to join our team and drive our marketing and outreach efforts for Adolescent/Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in creating the annual marketing plan to increase awareness of our clinical service offerings.
- Oversee the marketing/business development team
- Assign territories to the marketing team and monitor their performance
- Oversee outreach and digital marketing initiatives
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to primary care offices, hospital discharge planners, and other referral sources
- Attend local area conferences and other marketing opportunities
- Build relationships with school districts to develop partnerships
- Collaborate with the clinical team to align marketing strategies with service offerings
- Manage budgets for marketing and business development activities
- Create reports and present them to the leadership team
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing outreach programs
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health marketing
- Strong ability to collaborate within a team environment
