- Hours: Full-time
- Pay: Starting from $90,000 - $100,000/ year

Executive Director Responsibilities:
- The Executive Director collaborates with department directors to establish performance and operational objectives, offering continuous support to foster their professional growth and sustain a high-performing leadership team within the community.
- Tracks financial performance and participates in creating annual budgets, ensuring monthly compliance.
- Reviews monthly financial statements and oversees resident billing processes.
- Establishes an environment conducive to quality services and high customer satisfaction.
- Engages with residents and families regularly, fostering and upholding positive relationships through effective communication, addressing concerns, and conducting satisfaction surveys.
- Maintains excellent customer service standards and encourages all employees to do the same.
- Assists marketing staff in implementing effective strategies and monitors occupancy data.
- Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations within the community.
Executive Director Qualifications:
- A college degree and/or a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Director in a market rate senior housing continuum of care community (IL, AL, MC).
- Proven experience in a director/senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development strategies and execution.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results within deadlines.
- Experience in operations management with a keen understanding of process improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and basic accounting principles.
