Responsibilities
- Develop client engagement skills and learn to manage relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, and LDI clients by understanding their objectives, risk tolerance and expectations.
- Maintain strong insights into the US rates markets and master understanding of pricing and execution (pre-trade and post trade settlement).
- Collaborate with trading, risk and credit teams to ensure accuracy and compliance to UBS standards.
- Work across product/division lines to collaborate with colleagues including salespeople, trading, strategy, research and risk management, to deliver cross‑functional solutions.
- Contribute to a high‑performance culture within the sales desk.
Location and Compensation
City: New York
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $125,000 to $125,000 (base). May also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
Your Team
You’ll be working in the US Rates Distribution sales team in New York. Our team partners with institutional clients around the globe to understand their unique objectives and tailor interest‑rate solutions to meet risk‑management needs.
Products traded include US Treasuries, interest rate swaps, swaptions, XCCY, inflation, and STIR products.

- Deep understanding of US rates markets, pricing and execution.
- Ability to collaborate across trading, risk, credit, strategy and research teams.
