Role Description

This is an on-site role in San Diego, CA for a Growth & Partnerships hire focused on UCSD. You will own outreach and partnership development with campus organizations and Greek life, lead awareness and community growth initiatives, and manage the end-to-end funnel from first conversation to active usage. You will work closely with the founding team to translate partner feedback into product direction and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and onboard student organizations and Greek life chapters onto UniCircle
• Build and manage partnerships with the top campus organizations, including maintaining ongoing relationships with leaders
• Plan and produce content and on-campus initiatives that drive awareness, word of mouth, and event-based growth
• Own the full growth funnel, including messaging, follow-ups, activation, and retention
• Synthesize insights from conversations and share clear recommendations to inform product and positioning

Qualifications

• Familiarity with UCSD’s student organization landscape, or the ability to learn it quickly
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including comfort with in-person outreach and pitching
• Ability to operate without a playbook and execute across outreach, content, and partnerships
• Analytical mindset, with comfort tracking outcomes, identifying patterns, and iterating on strategy
• Strong project management skills, including prioritization and follow-through
• Curiosity, adaptability, and problem-solving ability in an early-stage environment

Compensation

Founding Team Equity Package (Subject to standard vesting schedule).
