Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT owner and own the full lifecycle of finance application systems including NetSuite ERP, adjacent Accounting and business operation platforms.
- Stay ahead of technology trends and vendor capabilities to drive innovation. Develop, share, curate points of view on process simplification and scale to inform future roadmaps.
Partner to Finance, Supply Chain and Sales/Marketing
- Serve as the primary technology partner for corporate finance and operation functions.
Operations & Governance
- Stabilize and mature core systems, eliminating papercuts, manual workarounds, and fragmented workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance IT applications team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years leading enterprise applications or business systems in a complex, fast-growing environment.
