Position Summary
HealthLink Dimensions is hiring an Email Deployment Analyst to own email deployment and deliverability. You'll manage sending infrastructure, authentication, and performance reporting to improve inbox placement and results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead email deployment and deliverability across campaigns
- Manage IPs, domains, and sending strategy to improve inbox placement
- Monitor reputation and blocklists; troubleshoot deliverability issues
- Configure and maintain SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication
- Track performance metrics and recommend optimizations
- Maintain email infrastructure, DNS, and ESP configurations
- Partner with teams and clients on email best practices and compliance
- Build, QA, and schedule email/SMS campaigns; coordinate assets and timelines
- Run A/B tests and share learnings
- Ensure CAN-SPAM and deliverability standards are followed

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in email deployment, infrastructure, and deliverability
- Hands-on deliverability operations (reputation, blocklists, remediation)
- Knowledge of ESPs/ISPs, deliverability tools, and sending strategy
- Working knowledge of SPF/DKIM/DMARC, DNS, and SMTP
- HTML/CSS and analytics; A/B testing experience (SQL a plus)
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder communication skills
