Senior In-House Litigation Counsel - Strategy & ADR

A healthcare technology company based in California is seeking a Litigation Counsel to drive all litigation matters including commercial and employment disputes. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. and over 5 years of experience in complex litigation, preferably in a high-growth environment. You will work closely with leadership to manage risks and execute litigation strategies. This role also involves overseeing outside counsel and advising on litigation risks. Candidates with California bar admission are strongly preferred.
