As a Google Ads Specialist, you'll join a collaborative team of creatives, developers, strategists, and account leads focused on building custom marketing strategies that drive real business results.

You'll be responsible for managing paid search campaigns across a range of local service industriesthink HVAC, med spas, real estate, healthcare, legal, and more. This is a hands-on, performance-oriented role ideal for someone who knows how to make every dollar work smarter, not harder. You'll have the freedom to test, optimize, and innovatebacked by a team that's small, agile, and always ready to execute.

What You'll Do

• Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies
• Write compelling ad copy tailored to each client's brand, audience, and market
• Track and analyze performance data to improve ROI and campaign efficiency
• Collaborate with the creative team on ad visuals, landing pages, and split testing
• Support monthly reporting with clear performance insights and strategic next steps
• Stay current on trends, platform updates, and best practices in PPC and paid media
• Communicate directly with account managers and occasionally with clients to review goals, performance, and opportunities
