The Role Athena Club is on the lookout for a creative and passionate TikTok Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end creation of engaging TikTok content that drives brand awareness, cultural relevance, and community engagement while staying true to our brand voice and values. Responsibilities Own the full TikTok content lifecycle, from ideation and shooting through editing and publishing Partner with the Senior Manager of Brand to develop and execute a TikTok content strategy Concept original, trend-forward content that feels native to TikTok and on-brand Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, sounds, and cultural moments Collaborate with social and growth teams to support launches and identify paid boosting opportunities Appear on camera as needed to create authentic, personality-driven content and host TikTok Lives Analyze performance and optimize content based on insights and best practices Help position Athena Club as a must-follow, category-defining brand on TikTok Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of experience creating social or short-form video content (beauty preferred) Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices Excellent creative and storytelling skills with a strong visual eye Proficiency with video editing software and mobile editing tools Comfortable on camera and confident creating live and personality-driven content Strong communication and collaboration skills Based in NYC or open to working full-time in-office (NYC preferred) The (+) Extras Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Life + Disability HSA or FSA Commuter benefits 401K Weekly team lunches Optional Bi-Weekly Team Workouts Annual Offsite “Camp Athena Club” Salary Range $70,000 - $80,000 USD Equal Opportunity & Inclusion Athena Club is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building an inclusive workplace.
