Paradowski Creative is now accepting applications for our Summer 2026 Internship Program!
All internships will run for 9 weeks, from Monday, June 1, 2026, to Friday, July 31, 2026. Interns can work up to 35 hours per week, and can expect to make $20/hour .
This is a role for students or early-career creatives who live and breathe social media and understand how content connects with real audiences. The Social Creator Intern will concept and produce platform-native content across channels, working closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to bring ideas to life quickly and thoughtfully. The ideal candidate has a foundation in a creative discipline (writing, design, video/production, or similar) and is excited to apply those skills in a fast-moving, social-first environment. You understand that social moves quickly, trends evolve daily, and great content balances speed with taste, clarity, and brand alignment.
What we’d like you to know and what we’d like you to learn:
Strong understanding of platform-native storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
Strong creative foundation in writing, design, video/production, or a related discipline
Ability to generate ideas and bring them to life quickly through copy, visuals, video, or a mix of all three
Comfortable capturing content using a phone or lightweight equipment
Basic editing skills in tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
Understanding of trends, memes, and internet culture, and how to apply them thoughtfully to brands
Ability to write short-form copy and hooks that grab attention
Eye for visual composition and brand consistency
Balance speed with brand consistency and creative quality
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, and account partners to bring ideas to life
Leverage AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to support ideation, content exploration, and production workflows while maintaining strong creative judgment
Willingness to test, learn, iterate, and analyze what performs
Organization and attention to detail
Learn the difference between a big idea and a tactic, and then do both
Requirements :
Looking for emerging leaders in all fields of creativity
Individuals with a strong portfolio and demonstrated creative ability through coursework, internships, freelance work, or professional experience
If currently enrolled in college, must have completed junior year (rising senior or above)
Must be in-person (St. Louis) for the duration of the internship
