What we do: Web – Content strategy, UX, custom design, and development Content – Video, photography, branding, and identity Media – Digital campaign strategy, SEM/PPC, and analytics The Role We’re hiring a Web & Graphic Designer to support the creative team across digital and print deliverables. You’ll help bring campaigns to life through strong layout, typography, and craft - designing everything from web page comps and social content to print pieces and brand assets. This is a hybrid role: team members are in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week. You’ll collaborate with our strategists, project managers, writers, developers, and other designers to execute work that’s on-brand, on-brief, and on-time. Key Responsibilities Design on-brand digital and print assets across web, email, social, and collateral Create layouts and production-ready files for print (including templates, dielines, and specs) Support website design work (page layouts, UI components, accessible, and responsive considerations) Contribute to creative concepts and campaign direction with the broader team Prepare and organize files for handoff, review, and final delivery Incorporate creative direction and client feedback across a range of deliverables Communicate clearly with internal team members to gather inputs and resolve questions Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices in digital and print What You Bring Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and composition Solid communication skills and comfort collaborating across a creative team Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong file organization habits Working knowledge of UX and responsive design principles Comfort producing work from concept through final production Tools & Skills Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Familiarity with web design workflows and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) Nice-to-Haves Motion graphics experience Photography and/or video production experience Copywriting experience (especially social content) Working at Dynamic Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration Tues/Thurs Business-casual dress and approachable team culture Paid holidays, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance Purpose-driven work for a wide range of industries and organizations Know someone that might be interested in this position?
