Associate Graphic Designer
Location: New York, NY

Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer to support the Senior Graphic Designer in the development of seasonal prints, graphics, and embroideries from initial concept through final production. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong foundation in fashion graphics who enjoys working collaboratively across teams and contributing to branded collections.
The Associate Graphic Designer will work closely with Design, Production, and overseas partners to ensure high-quality artwork execution, brand consistency, and on-time delivery. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Responsibilities Design & Creative Support Assist in creating seasonal original designs, prints, and graphic assets that align with brand identity
Translate creative concepts into production-ready artwork
Support the development of graphics and embellishments, including embroideries
Production & Technical Execution Prepare and maintain CADs and production-ready files
Maintain and organize the existing production art library
Review production submissions and artwork approvals
Communicate with overseas and in-house teams throughout the production approval process
Collaboration & Workflow Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Production, and external partners
Adhere to the design calendar and meet project deadlines consistently
Support the Senior Graphic Designer with day-to-day design needs
Trend & Market Awareness Stay current on print and graphic trends, color direction, and market standards
Incorporate trend research and insights into new design concepts
Qualifications & Skills Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience (fashion industry preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong digital file management skills and experience working on Mac systems
Preferred Qualifications Pointecarre experience is a plus
Understanding of apparel production processes
Experience working on branded collections within women’s sportswear
Professional Skills & Attributes Strong eye for color, layout, and visual communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working under tight timelines and managing multiple projects
