Sales Manager

Heller Jewelers is a multigenerational family-owned fine jewelry and timepiece retailer, serving the SF Bay Area for 30 years. Our showroom is located at City Center Bishop Ranch in San Ramon, CA, offering a one-of-a-kind, curated collection. We also provide custom jewelry design services with our trained gemologists to create unique pieces.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in San Ramon, CA for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and managing day-to-day operations in the store. The role also involves training, mentoring, and motivating sales staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies

Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience working with gemologists or a background in gemology is a plus

Ability to work on-site in San Ramon, CA
