Overview
TA Process Systems specializes in providing comprehensive industrial process fabrication solutions. Our expertise encompasses machinery setting and process pipe installations, tailored to meet the unique needs of various industries. We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman who will be working in industrial plant settings for installation. Travel is estimated to be a minimum of 75% nationwide.
Responsibilities
Oversee installation of equipment in industrial plants. Types of equipment may include conveyors, packaging equipment, piping, etc.
Supervise and coordinate activities of multiple personnel, including welders, fabricators and installers.
Train new and existing employees
Will have frequent interaction with customers and plant personnel
Qualifications
10 years of welding experience
Knowledge of multiple welding procedures required, welding experience a plus
Millwright / rigging experience
Prior experience supervising employees in the field
Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Experience working in industrial manufacturing plant environments
Excellent communication and interface skills
Bilingual is a plus
Must be able to safely operate a variety of hand tools and power equipment
Walking/Standing/Climbing/Bending in an industrial plant
Ability to work a 10-hour shift in an industrial environment
Must be capable of walking the distance from parking lot to designated job area (may be 1 mile+), in addition to walking throughout a large manufacturing plant during course of day for required meetings and other required duties
