to join our team! Our associates don’t just sell pet products—they educate pet parents, support wellness, and build lasting customer relationships. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is open to flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and coverage across both store locations when needed.
Responsibilities
Learn about dog and cat nutrition and share your knowledge with customers
Assist clients in-store, over the phone, and through online messaging
Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash/credit payments
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
Receive and stock inventory in both the store and warehouse areas
Attend trainings with vendor reps and management to stay current on products

Requirements
Must be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Must have a valid driver’s license
Willingness to work at both Gilbert and Mesa locations as needed
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for extended periods
One year of customer service experience
Previous experience in premium pet retail is preferred but not required
High School Diploma/GED
Be at least 18 years of age
Pass background checks following local laws and regulations
