Overview

Account Manager position in the Bosch Home Comfort Group, representing YORK/HITACHI brands in the HVAC distribution channel. Based in Bridgeton, MO with remote options, focused on selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment and parts to HVAC contractors, expanding YORK Dealers and growing market share. Your tasks

Build relationships with existing customers while expanding growth year-over-year. Discuss all YORK Factory Direct products and programs to gain more share of wallet. Advise customers to utilize program features to grow their business; the more they sell, the more we sell. Prospect and recruit customers who fit the YORK partnership profile; demonstrate why YORK is an industry leader. Create custom marketing strategies to help customers grow. Receive support from market leaders and a marketing manager as needed. Assist customers in selecting the best YORK products to meet client needs, coaching on selling approaches, product specifications/performance, and applicable regulations by job. Negotiate prices and terms of sale. Encourage and ensure customer participation in training classes offered locally and virtually. Utilize local service managers as a resource to improve field quality and customer confidence. Perform to plan and set weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals across all metrics (sales, calls, product mix/segmentation, dealer registrations, training, etc.). Required Qualifications

High School Diploma 5+ years of HVAC/R experience 5+ years of strategic account management experience Salesforce proficiency Ability to travel within the St. Louis territory Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Strong business writing, verbal communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency with Windows, including Outlook and Teams Self-motivated with a high energy level and goal orientation Ability to operate across sales and operations to align customer needs with execution Ability to uncover objections and provide solutions while maintaining action plans Strong customer service principles Ability to listen, build trust, and close actions, projects, resolutions, or sales Business acumen in sales forecasting, opportunity management, and customer planning Ability to communicate in todays technologically driven business environment Contact & additional information
