build something of their own within an established platform . You will have the autonomy to grow your market and relationships while leveraging the reputation, network, and infrastructure Red Kite has built over nearly two decades as one of the most trusted executive search firms in the food manufacturing industry. What You'll Do Build Your Presence in the Industry Find creative ways to connect with leaders across the food manufacturing industry through podcasts, trade shows, networking events, and thought leadership. Attend industry conferences, meet clients in person, and visit manufacturing facilities to better understand operations. Become an Industry Expert Continuously educate yourself on the food manufacturing industry, including market trends, key companies, and leadership structures. Develop the knowledge needed to serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Build Relationships Leverage Red Kite’s reputation to engage talented professionals and build long-term relationships with executives across the food manufacturing industry. Become a trusted resource for both candidates and hiring leaders. Develop Client Partnerships Identify hiring needs and opportunities to support clients with additional searches. Introduce highly qualified candidates to companies that could benefit from their experience. Deliver Exceptional Searches Manage the recruiting process from candidate engagement through offer acceptance. Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and career decisions while maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
