We are searching for a
Leasing Associate
to drive leasing traffic to the property and lease. You will be responsible to lease & retain tenants. It’s a very simple job. Why You’ll Love Working With Us

Continuously improve traffic to the property via online & offline channels. Schedule visits, tour apartments & convert prospects to residents. You will manage every lead from end to end. Develop and implement marketing initiatives that increase qualified foot traffic to the property. Actively work every month to retain existing tenants and reduce turnover. Build excitement and demand around our communities and available apartments What We’re Looking For
3+ years of active sales 3+ years of marketing and social media experience A keen eye for design, creativity, and audience engagement Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required Ready to Join a High-Energy, Fast-Growing Company?
