What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives for the Americas market to drive growth and profitability

Manage and nurture key customer accounts to enhance satisfaction and future sales opportunities

Demonstrate the benefits of high-speed imaging products in various applications

Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations teams to align product development with market trends

Provide accurate sales forecasts for budget planning to senior management

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; MS/MBA is a plus

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a fast-paced technological environment

Proven sales track record in a high-tech product environment

Strong negotiation skills and excellent customer relationship management abilities

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Technical knowledge of digital imaging and/or optical systems

Experience in building and leading successful sales teams
