We’re hiring an Intern: Inside Sales at our rental facility in Cartersville, GA. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help build the future of construction. Responsibilities
Operational Support & Coordination: Work closely with rental coordinators and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, pickup, and servicing of rental equipment. Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Assist in managing inventory and fleet availability to match customer demand. Utilize EquipmentShare’s technology and CRM tools to track sales activity, customer interactions, and rental transactions. Inside Sales: Confirm and follow up on scheduled meetings. Research and source leads for prospective customers. Create quotes for customers. Call or email prospective customers and schedule meetings for Territory Account Managers (TAM). Why EquipmentShare

Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field GPA of 3.0 or higher Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk with computer and phone Frequent use of hands for computer work, typing, and phone handling Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Occasional walking within office or yard to interact with team members or equipment Workplace for All
