The Insurance Sales Representative will focus on selling a variety of insurance products, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, offering suitable insurance solutions, handling policy documentation, and cultivating client relationships to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales processes
Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and focus on meeting client needs
Understanding of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships effectively
Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
License to sell insurance in Texas or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
