Overview Account Executive @ Tilt

Tilt (check us out here) is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team and help us scale our business by managing the sales cycle end-to-end. You will manage inbound leads and partner referrals, demonstrate the software to prospective clients, negotiate, and finalize contracts. This position is a full-time role reporting to our Director of Sales.

Responsibilities

Managing inbound leads from multiple sources including channel partners, benefit brokers, inbound demand generation, and events

Personalized and intentional email and call follow-up for prospective customers

Scheduling and hosting demonstration calls for prospective customers

Drafting sales proposals; negotiating pricing and terms; coordinating with legal to manage the close (internally and externally); and interfacing with finance, IT, and security teams, as appropriate

Seamlessly handing off new customers to the Implementation and Customer Success Team

Managing a pipeline in Hubspot, keeping records up-to-date, and forecasting

Serve as the internal voice for your market segment

Contributing to internal strategy decisions for target market (conferences, webinars, marketing, partnerships etc.)

Managing multi-year contracts and amendments, as applicable

You’re a great fit if you have

Previous sales experience, B2B SaaS and/or startups is a plus

Proven ability to demo and close new clients using value selling methodologies

Proven track record of quota attainment of at least $750k per year

A positive attitude and a strong desire to always be learning, making mistakes and helping others do the same

A bias for action, being ready to jump into the work and learn along the way

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management

Total Compensation The base salary for this role is $80,000-$90,000 with an estimated OTE of $160,000-$180,000. We offer uncapped commission with accelerators plus stock options (ISOs), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business.
