Fountain Product Expert

General Purpose: The Fountain Product Expert plays a vital role in creating high-quality fountain products efficiently while adhering to established guidelines. Essential Functions: You will be responsible for preparing all fountain products to order within 5-8 minutes, in line with Steak n Shake standards. This includes proficient use of equipment such as the multi-mixer, CRT, ice cream spade, and proper dippers, along with monitoring equipment temperatures. Additionally, you will restock, clean, and sanitize the fountain area while ensuring compliance with security, safety, uniform, and company standards at all times. Additional Responsibilities: Be ready to assist with various tasks as needed to support team operations. Physical Requirements: Good vision, both general and close. Good hearing. Manual dexterity for precise tasks. Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and walk throughout the shift. Capability to push and pull heavy objects. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds. Commitment to maintaining personal hygiene and uniform standards. Social & Mental Skills: Basic reading and math skills are required. Ability to work collaboratively and be a team player. Composure under stress is essential. Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to retain verbal requests effectively. Knowledge of fountain items and products is a plus.
