Litigation Partner to lead and manage complex real estate litigation matters. This partner-level role involves handling a wide range of landlord-tenant and property-related disputes while providing strategic guidance to clients and supervising litigation teams. Responsibilities

Manage and litigate complex landlord-tenant and real estate disputes, including non-primary residence claims, succession matters, nuisance cases, holdover proceedings, commercial landlord-tenant litigation, buyouts, and demolition proceedings. Provide strategic oversight of litigation matters from inception through resolution, including case strategy, motion practice, negotiations, and trial preparation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service and effective communication throughout the litigation process. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering professional development and maintaining high standards of legal work. Contribute to the growth of the practice through leadership, client relationship management, and business development initiatives. Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on landlord-tenant or real estate disputes. Strong courtroom, negotiation, and case-management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and maintain client relationships. Experience mentoring or supervising junior attorneys is preferred. 15% of any generated originations Base salary $200k+ Unlimited holiday This is an opportunity for a seasoned litigator to take on a leadership role within a dynamic practice while continuing to build and manage a sophisticated litigation portfolio.
