Do you screenshot great design for “future inspiration,” volunteer to make the invites and silently judge bad font pairings? We might have the internship for you.

Estipona Group is looking for a graphic design intern to join our creative team this summer. You’ll help concept and design work for a variety of agency clients — from posters and digital ads to websites and branding. This is a paid, mostly remote internship with weekly in-person meetings in Reno.

You’ll leave with real-world experience, portfolio-ready work and a clear picture of what it’s like to work at a full-service agency. You’ll learn a lot, and have fun while doing it as part of a collaborative, close-knit team.

You may be a great fit if you:

Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace (Bonus points for Figma, video editing, and Canva experience)

Are studying graphic design or a related field

Want to build a career in the creative industry

Are detail-oriented, self-motivated and genuinely obsessed with good design

Are open to feedback, growth and learning new skills

Live in Reno/Sparks and have a valid driver’s license

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the creative team with hands-on design work using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and Figma

Designing for multiple platforms, including social media, digital ads, print, branding and websites

Participating in brainstorms and collaborating on creative concepts

Assisting with production design, including resizing, organizing and packaging files

Contributing ideas during creative meetings and brainstorms

Helping with administrative tasks related to design projects

Accepting feedback and revising designs as needed

Actively seeking opportunities to learn new techniques and software
