
Marketing Intern

The marketing intern may assist with market research, marketing planning and execution, media strategy, digital
marketing, social media, campaign execution and analysis and project management. This position is on-site at our La Crosse, WI headquarters.
We require
College student (sophomore standing) studying marketing, communications, journalism, digital media or related field
Consistent weekly schedule
Basic understanding of marketing and communication strategies to a variety of consumers via various media channels
Job description (independent and collaborative)
Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and plans to meet client objectives
Conduct industry and competitive research and present insights to team
Assist with digital media programs and monitor performance
Assist in the development and presentation of agency proposals and self-promotion efforts
Coordinate talent, props, locations, releases and schedules for photoshoots
Assist with agency and client meeting coordination and prep as needed
Participate in agency and client meetings as needed
Maintain office supply inventory, including ordering and receiving
Clean and maintain production work areas including spray mount table, bindery area and photo booth area
Assist in entering and managing to-dos in project management system
Track all hours in agency time management system
Store all working and complete project files on agency server
Assist agency with events, projects and workload in whatever role and in completing whatever tasks needed
Maintain professional appearance and conduct
