Marketing Intern,
you’ll help bring our agency’s voice to life across platforms, turning smart ideas into scroll-stopping content and real signals we can learn from. You’ll support content creation, scheduling, community engagement and reporting, while seeing how social fits into a bigger, integrated agency marketing system. What you’ll do
Help plan, create and schedule content across our social channels Support day-to-day channel management: monitor comments, DMs and mentions (and know what needs a reply versus a reaction) Track performance and pull insights into simple, useful recaps Research trends, formats and platform best practices, then recommend what’s actually worth testing Collaborate with marketing, creative and PR teams to develop content ideas and social campaigns What you’ll bring
Full‑time junior or senior student or recent grad with a major or minor in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations or related field Previous internship or relevant experience a plus Strong
writing
skills with an eye for brand voice, tone and timing Familiarity with major social media platforms and content formats (short‑form video, carousels, stories, etc.) Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines A curious, collaborative mindset: you’re happy to execute, and you’re not shy about pitching an idea Why join us?
Hands‑on experience running social inside an agency (not a “watch and learn” internship) A front‑row seat to how modern agency marketing builds trust, attention and momentum Teammates who will teach you, challenge you and hand you real work with real context Portfolio‑building opportunities you can actually point to later, with receipts Internship details
Internship runs 6/2/26 through mid‑August Hourly rate is $18 for current students and $20 for post‑grads Interns should be in greater Milwaukee for the summer and plan to be in‑office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
