We are passionate about supporting homeowners through their renovation journeys while building meaningful connections within local communities. We’re looking for an energetic and personable Community Outreach Representative to represent our brand at community events and connect with homeowners interested in learning more about our services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in lively environments, and enjoys being part of community-focused initiatives. You’ll attend local events such as farmers markets, festivals, sporting events, and retail pop-ups while introducing homeowners to our services and booking follow-up meetings with our team.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners at local community events and introduce them to our services.

Book qualified meetings with homeowners interested in learning more about renovation opportunities.

Set up and take down the event booth, including tent, table, signage, and promotional materials.

Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset.

Create positive and memorable experiences with community members at each event.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in face-to-face sales, event marketing, community outreach, or customer service.

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with people for extended periods.

Access to a 4-door vehicle or larger to transport event equipment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during event setup and breakdown.

Basic technical skills and familiarity with Google Suite and Slack is a plus.

Availability to work weekends and community events.

Pitch Requirement Candidates will receive Page 1 of the sales pitch prior to the screening call.

During the screening:

You will review the pitch together and practice delivering it.

This helps us evaluate your communication style and comfort level.

Final candidates will be asked to memorize Page 1 of the pitch for the final interview.
