The Team
The Hermès Group oversees the Saint-Louis Crystal brand, a fast-growing activity within Hermès. The intern will support both sales and marketing operations for the United States and Canada. As part of a dynamic team of six, including one sales representative based in California, the intern will interact with Hermès boutiques, wholesale accounts, logistics, and communications departments, as well as the head office in France. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with various aspects of the business and contribute to our expanding presence in the US market.

As part of Generation H, you will have the opportunity to join Hermès and gain real-world, professional experience as a complement to your academic studies. In addition to the work you will provide within your specific team, you will also attend a learning-focused guest-speaker series that will provide you with exposure to various teams throughout the company; partner with a mentor who will provide feedback and coaching to support your professional skills development; network with stakeholders; and collaborate on a capstone Generation H project.
This internship is scheduled for
July 13th – December 18th 2026
and may be full-time or part-time to accommodate your academic schedule. All internships are in-person (non-remote) and based in the Hermès US corporate headquarters located in New York City. Interns are paid an hourly rate of US $20.00. A full-time internship will be scheduled for 37.5 hours per week, and part-time will be scheduled for more than 15 hours but less than 35 hours per week.
About the Role Support Saint-Louis Crystal in their sales and enhance Saint-Louis’ presence in the US market.
Participating in the daily operations, including:
Coordinating all the loans to press, stores and events.
Coordinating special projects:
Trunk show: Coordinate show in stores, sales tools, orders, and product delivery.
Trade shows: Tabletops, Design Week
Assisting in events organization
Develop new tools to enhance the brand’s operational efficiency
Supporting sales development and activations in the US market:
Creating, developing, and distributing sales tools
Insuring a consistent display in our stores and realization of products assortment proposals
Supporting digital development of the brand
Providing business analysis:
Providing regular reporting on sales, products ranking, inventory analysis.
Providing marketing reports
Participating to merchandise forecast
About You
Undergraduate student, a former experience of 6 months is recommended.
Organized with strong analytical skills
Dynamic, ability to work effectively with others and with the right amount of autonomy
Excellent communication, written and oral
Strong skills on Excel and PowerPoint required.
French is a plus but not a requirement
Sensitive to Design/Home Decoration and to Luxury market
