Our company executes over 30 projects per month , applying

that allow us to scale creativity and quality across multiple clients at once. Interns will gain insight into how we manage this fast‑paced production environment d and how to drive creativity at scale while maintaining clarity, purpose, and client vision.
We are now accepting applications for our 12‑week Spring Internship Program, designed to offer hands‑on experience in content creation, campaign development, project management, and client strategy. This program is ideal for students majoring in
Entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing, Film/Production, and Business Management .

Who Were Looking For: Were seeking driven, curious, and creative individuals who want to explore the intersection of media, marketing, and business. Interns should be passionate about storytelling, strategy, and building meaningful client work in a fast‑paced environment.
Program Breakdown: Throughout the program, interns will develop a wide variety of marketing skills and work cross‑departmentally, including social strategy development, branding, business development, and on‑site filming.
Week 1: Orientation & Crash Course
Company training & workflow immersion
Learn our services, platforms, and campaign processes
Hands‑on learning in project brainstorming, budgeting, editor collaboration, Instagram automation, and client communication
Week 2: Rotational Experience
Exposure to each department with short assignments across content, strategy, and project operations
Evaluate interests and strengths through guided feedback and team interviews (June 26th)
Weeks 3-8: Department Integration & Mentorship
Interns are assigned a main focus area based on interests and skills
Paired with a mentor from our team for real‑time guidance
Contribute to live client projects, from planning to execution
Complete the ClickUp Certification
Final Group Presentation: Intern teams pitch creative strategies, insights, and recommendations for real clients based on what they learned
