
Trade Marketing Intern, Travel Retail Americas

Location : Internship based in Miami, FL
Full-time internship: 40 hours a week.
Purpose of the Internship The Trade Marketing Intern will give support to the Trade Marketing Project Manager to deliver more profitable, efficient, and tailor‑made activations while increasing visibility and image of the brand all over Travel Retail Americas.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities Trade
Coordinate the dispatch of animation material boards from headquarters to suppliers, while also organizing the collection of locally sourced material boards from suppliers for Trade Marketing Project Manager's approval.
Order videos for animations per project manager direction.
Assist the trade marketing manager in locating suitable specialty suppliers for animations, including paper, flowers, and ribbon.
Aid the Trade Marketing Manager with uploading files, including high‑resolution visuals, to the trade marketing hub, enabling freelancers and suppliers to obtain the required materials for design and production purposes.
Assist the project manager in the collection of installation photos from suppliers across the region and follow up on corrections needed.
Contact retail managers to collect photos of animations installed with product, so the project manager can confirm the accurate implementation of merchandising and retail initiatives.
Reports and Presentations
Support the Trade Marketing Manager in developing presentations and reports for central, retailers, and commercial teams. This includes 360 Customer Presentations, Animation Render Approval Forms, competition reports, animation post‑mortems, Go‑to‑Market strategies, and other relevant documents.
Support in the preparation of bi‑weekly Newsletter slides.
Help create instructional videos or presentations for field as needed.
Invoicing
Process all production and shipping invoices and align them the Trade Marketing budgets
Create new vendors in SAP.
Communicate with suppliers regarding any outstanding invoices after the installation is complete.
Follow the proper process with finance to ensure that invoices are paid.
Work with central finance on issue resolution when there are issues with supplier/ invoices
Warehouse/ Logistics
Coordinate shipment of materials ( Promoter Uniforms/ POSM/ Semi local production/ Support Tools)
Assist in cleanout of trade inventory
Report to the Regional Trade Marketing Project Manager, Travel Retail Americas
Principal Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Attributes Required
Working towards design, business, or Marketing degree
Experience in Photoshop or other equivalent design software is a strong plus
Proactive, with the capacity to analyze and react quickly
Excellent attention to detail
Hard worker, rigorous, and strong organizational skills
Strong product knowledge and sensibility to the luxury and beauty universes
Very good use of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong operational skills
Speaks English fluently and Spanish (Portuguese and French can be a plus)
