Job Description This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis for an
Americas Integrated Marketing Intern . The role will focus on strengthening marketing infrastructure, supporting global content alignment, and enabling sales and customer engagement through organized, scalable marketing tools and processes.
Summary The Americas Integrated Marketing Intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting integrated marketing initiatives across the Americas while collaborating with global marketing teams.
Responsibilities Responsibilities may vary based on business needs and intern interests, but will be structured to deliver meaningful value to Allison while providing broad exposure to marketing operations in a global manufacturing organization.
Examples Include
Supporting the organization, enhancement, and governance of Allison’s global digital asset management platform (Bynder), including:
Organizing and standardizing marketing materials
Partnering with regional marketing teams in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific to incorporate regional assets
Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure assets remain current and well‑governed
Assisting with the update and rollout of key customer sales tool the Allison Vocational Model Guide to outside North America, including regions such as Mexico, Europe, and Asi‑Pacific
Assisting with marketing enablement initiatives such as:
Allison Experience materials organization and engagement support
North America Sales Meeting presentation and content organization
Collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, digital, communications, and regional teams to support consistent brand execution
Experience College undergraduate or graduate status with 2–3 years completed at an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field.
Required Skills And Attributes
Strong oral and written communication skills
Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and global teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Analytical and problem‑solving skills
Interest in understanding how marketing supports sales, customers, and business growth in a global organization
