College Marketing Intern (Spring)
Collegare, San Antonio, TX, United States
Collegare is looking for our next intern.
If you're a junior or senior in college earning credit and want to learn the real ins and outs of talent management, social, and experiential — we want to hear from you.
This is an unpaid internship for college credit, and we're looking for someone who sees the value in hands‑on, meaningful experience inside a growing company.
Here’s what you’d actually be working on:
F1 Miami
— on-the-ground event support at one of the most high‑profile weekends of the year
Creator Retreat
— contributing to a full experiential activation from concept to execution
Social Management
— real content and strategy work, not just scheduling posts
Talent Management
— learning the full scope of how we operate and serve our talent
This is not a passive role. You’ll be involved, trusted, and challenged.
What we’re looking for:
Sophomores, Junior or Senior currently enrolled in college (credit required)
Genuinely passionate about creators, culture, and the entertainment industry
A self-starter who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and takes initiative
Availability of 10 to 15 hours per week with flexibility around key activations
What you’ll take away:
Broad, real-world experience across events, talent, and social
Exposure to the creator economy from the inside
A network and portfolio you can actually speak to
To apply, send your resume and a note on why you’re the right fit to sky@collegaretalentmanagement.com.
