Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Compliance Intern to join our team during an important time of year, the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). In this role, you’ll help support the process of submitting marketing materials to our carrier partners and learn how compliance plays a critical role in the healthcare space. You’ll gain hands‑on experience working with submission platforms, tracking approvals, and learning how regulated marketing operates in a real‑world business environment. You’ll work closely with our Compliance Manager and cross‑functional teams who will guide and support you throughout the process.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with details, and learning how large‑scale marketing operations come together behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Support the submission of Medicare marketing materials through various carrier platforms (Smartsheets, Wrike submission portals, Excel trackers, email, and other carrier‑specific systems)

Help track approvals, revisions, and deadlines to keep projects moving smoothly

Partner with internal teams to ensure materials are updated and submitted on time

Communicate with carrier representatives to help manage feedback and revisions

Assist in maintaining organized records and trackers during busy periods

Learn how compliance requirements shape marketing in a regulated industry

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree, recently graduated, or early career

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and open to learning more advanced skills

Interested in working with data and understanding how compliance supports real‑world business operations

Strong written communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a structured environment

Comfortable communicating professionally with teammates and external partners

Self‑motivated, while also knowing when to ask questions or provide updates

Local to our Playa Vista HQ and able to work in‑office three days per week

Preferred

Experience with Smartsheets, Wrike, or similar project management tools preferred but not required

Medicare or CMS marketing guideline knowledge preferred but not required

This is a 16‑week paid internship running from early May 2026 through late August 2026. Interns will work 24 hours per week from our HQ office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
