At Renewal by Andersen, our Proxy Agents are the front line of our growth. You’ll represent a nationally trusted brand, engage homeowners face-to-face, and earn commission for every qualified appointment you set. There’s no cap on commission, so your income grows with your performance.
What You’ll Do
Engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling techniques Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings Compensation & Earning Potential
