Overview
This position does not offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future Life Unlimited. At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. Smith+Nephew seeks up to two US Marketing Interns in the US Wound business to join the Marketing team and support the growth of key brands in Advanced Wound Care, Advanced Wound Tissues, and/or Advanced Wound Devices including negative pressure wound therapy. The role will allow an enthusiastic individual to make meaningful contributions to key brands that are driving growth and help influence brand strategies for future years. The ideal candidate is always curious, creative, detail-oriented, and has a positive can-do attitude. The candidate is able to work independently, but also in full collaboration with other team members. The position(s) will be based in Fort Worth, TX. What will you be doing?
This opportunity will involve working with team members of the US Wound Marketing team, and may include assisting with creation of new resources (selling aids, powerpoint slides, etc.), analyzing sales data for insights, tracking qualified leads, streamlining processes related to product acquisition or tracking, assisting with annual brand plan development, and partnering with other functions such as Sales, National Accounts, Clinical Resources, Medical Affairs, Demand Planning, Regulatory, and Quality on key tactics. What will you need to be successful?
Education:
Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s, in Marketing.
Experience:
Previous applicable intern, co-op, part-time or apprenticeship experience is preferred
Competencies:
Proficiency with Powerpoint, Adobe, Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud is preferred; Base knowledge of marketing and/or business foundations preferred
