Job Description The Marketing Intern will work with a dynamic and fast-paced corporate marketing team to create and produce materials associated with our corporate brand, business development and other communications initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the development and production of proposals, presentations, collateral and other business development tools
Format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in compliance with brand standards
Assist in establishment of photography library
Assist with CRM data entry and quality audit
Job Requirements Coursework in marketing, journalism, communications, graphic design or related field. Prefer successful completion of at least three years in major field of study.
Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail oriented, highly organized and deadline-driven
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple concurrent priorities and projects
Demonstrates resourcefulness and initiative with ability to work without direct, hands-on supervision
Knowledge of photography and video production/editing a plus
Knowledge of CRM and data management a plus
