Conduct thorough consultations using The Color Bar’s service systems
Build and maintain a loyal guest base
Manage time effectively to stay on schedule
Educate guests on home care and maintenance
Uphold salon cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
Participate in required education, meetings, and training
Contribute positively to team culture and salon growth
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license
Strong technical foundation with a desire to continue learning
Professional appearance and communication
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
