The Role
Kaizo Health is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Intern to support referral development with medical practices and personal injury law firms. This is a field-based internship designed for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in healthcare marketing, business development, and professional outreach. Position Overview

performance-based bonus opportunities 5–10 hours per week In-field, face-to-face outreach
to medical offices and personal injury law firms throughout the
Fairfax, VA
area Responsibilities
Conduct in-person outreach to medical offices and law firms within the service area Deliver informational materials, clinical research, and referral resources Build professional relationships with office staff, physicians, and attorneys Research and identify high-potential referral partners (orthopedists, PCPs, personal injury attorneys) Track outreach activity and referral trends to support marketing analysis Qualifications
Comfortable initiating conversations in professional office settings Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills Professional, reliable, and able to represent the brand independently Interest in healthcare, marketing, business development, or law Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, Kinesiology, Pre-Law, or a related field Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided) What You’ll Gain
