Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated
Public Relations Assistant
to support our communications and outreach initiatives. In this role, you will assist in the coordination of public relations campaigns, help maintain positive media and client relationships, and support the development of communication materials. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of public relations campaigns and communication initiatives
Support the preparation of press materials, reports, and internal communication documents
Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across projects
Maintain organized records of media contacts, communications, and campaign activities
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating outreach efforts
Monitor communication performance and help compile campaign summaries and reports
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Professional attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
